At Living Objects & Furniture, every cushion begins with a question: where will it live? From there, you choose the shape, the size, the fabric, the filling and the finish. Only then do we start.
In our own atelier in Belgium, each cushion is cut, stitched and finished by hand — decorative cushions, sofa cushions, seat cushions for a bench or a window seat, round, rolled or square.

Fringes, piping, a flat border, marabou or sheepskin — every finish is applied by hand, so that the cushion becomes entirely yours.

Which sizes are possible?
Any size you need: square, rectangular, round or as a bolster, and seat cushions made to fit a bench, a sofa or a window seat exactly. You give us the measurements; we make the cushion.
Which fabrics can I choose?
Every fabric from our fabric library, for indoors and outdoors: wool, linen, bouclé, jacquard and solution-dyed outdoor weaves.
Which filling should I choose?
That depends on how the cushion will be used: firmer for a seat cushion, softer and fuller for a decorative cushion. We are happy to advise you.
Can I see the fabrics first?
Yes. Choose your favourites in the fabric library and request your samples; we send them to you, so you can see colour and texture in your own light.
How long does it take?
Every cushion is made only after you order it. When you send us your request, we give you a realistic delivery time right away.
