Who we are

What we collect

Only the information you provide to us: the details you enter in our contact or partner form (such as your name, company, country, e-mail address, phone number and message), your e-mail address when you subscribe to our newsletter, and the information in e-mails you send us, for example a sample request.

Why we use it

To answer your question, prepare a quote, send samples, evaluate a partnership and — only if you subscribed — to send you our newsletter. The legal basis is your request, our legitimate interest in answering it, or your consent for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes it

Our website and forms are hosted by Wix.com, which processes the data on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and images and video from the Wix network; these providers receive your IP address in order to deliver those files. We never sell or rent your data. With your consent, Google and Meta receive data about your visit for statistics and advertising, as described under Cookies.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the website working securely; they do not require consent. Only with your consent do we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how our website is used, and marketing cookies (Google Ads and Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising and show our pieces to people who may like them. You choose in the cookie notice and can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Without your consent, these tools do not place cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose for which you gave it, and no longer than required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent, by writing to sales@livingof.be. You may also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
